Если у вас транзит, то регистрация идет сразу на все рейсы. Дальше: — если конечная точка требует разрешение на въезд, например визу, то при регистрации нужно указывать residence permit YES, дальше программа попросит фотку визы и регистрация пройдёт. У меня так было в Пегасами при регистрации на рейс во Францию. — если стыковка, те два разных рейсов несвязных между собой, то не могу подсказать почему не работает регистрация.
Еще вопрос про Пегасус, если я гражданка РФ и лечу
в Россию, мне нужно пр регистрации указывать visa/resident permit?

Albania
- People who have travelled to Italy or Greece in the past 14 days must self-isolate.
- Passengers must inform who have travelled to Italy or Greece in the past 14 days about self-isolate.
Austria
- Passengers and crew members who have been in China, Italy, Iran and South Korea in the past 14 days must have a medical certificate dated from a maximum of 4 days before their arrival in Austria. The medical certificate must:
- confirm that the person is not affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19), and
- be in German or in English, and

Hungary
- Passengers who are not Hungarian citizens are not allowed to enter Hungary. If at least one of family is a Hungarian citizen, the foreign family member (child, parent, grandparent, husband or wife) is permitted to enter Hungary.
- If the foreign relative of the Hungarian citizen has a residence permit in Hungary and can verify this right with a residence permit, the foreigner is allowed to enter Hungary.
- If the foreign relative of the Hungarian citizen does not have a residence permit in Hungary, but according to the marriage certificate, if his wife is a Hungarian citizen and his marriage is registered in Hungary, the foreign person is allowed to enter Hungary. If the marriage has no record in Hungary, the foreign person cannot be allowed to enter Hungary.

Romania
- Passengers who coming from China, Iran, South Korea, Italy are not allowed to enter Romania. (Except Romanian citizens and Romanian residence holders)
- If Romanian citizens coming from/transit from these mentioned countries, it has to be reported to the border authority.
- Health-declaration form must be filled up by all passengers.
Czech Republic
- After 16.03.2020, only Czech Republic citizens, permanent residence permit owners and nationals who can stay more than 90 days in Czech Republic will be allowed to enter.
Bosnia Herzegovina
- All passengers, crew and operational staff must fill up Covid-19 PLF forms before arriving.
- Corona-virus form must be filled up by all passengers.
Bahrain
- Passengers and airline crew who have been in China, Iran, Iraq, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Italy and Hong Kong in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit and enter Bahrain. This does not apply to nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, passengers who reside in Bahrain.
- Declaration Statement form must be filled up by all passengers before flight.
- One-way ticket list, transfer passenger list and passport information lists must be sent to the ground handling.
France
- Passengers who are not French citizens are not allowed to enter France. This does not apply under these circumstances;
- EU Citizens,
- UK, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Swiss Nationals, residing in France or transiting through France to reach their own country,
- Foreigner living in France with French or EU resident permit,
- Foreigner working in the International transportation of Goods,
- Health professional working in the fight of COVID-19.
Georgia
- Nationals of China and Iran are not allowed to enter Georgia, if they have been in China or Iran in last 14 days.
- All flights suspended to/from Georgia, starting of the 18/03/2020 until 17.04.2020.
- After 15.03.2020 Turkish citizens will not able to travel to Georgia, only other nationalities can be transported. Only Turkish citizens can travel back.
- Transfer passenger list must be send to the ground handling.
Germany
- Passengers who coming from France, Austria, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Denmark and Spain as touristic can not allow to enter Germany.
Temporary restrictions of non-essential travel from third countries into the EU area have been imposed by
Germany and other Schengen Member States! (Period of 30 days )
All non schengen nationals are prohibited to enter Germany. Exempted from the travel restrictions are:
1.For the reason to return to their home:
- Germans / Citizens of The EU / Schengen Associated States
- Third-country nationals who hold are long-term residents or who hold national long-term visas for family reunion.
2.Other travelers with an essential function or need:
- Medical staff ( Healthcare, researchers, eldery care)
- Transport Personel / Flight crew engaged with cargo
- Diplomats, Staff of International Organisations, Military Staff & Humanitarian Aid Workers on Duty Reip.
- Passengers in transit
- Passengers travelling for imperative family reasons
The following Samples may help you to apply the new temporary rules properly:

- CAN citizen wants to fly via Germany to Toronto (without overnight stay!) – OK TO BOARD!
- USA citizen wants to visit Germany as tourist – OFFLOAD!
- SYR citizen holding Visa Type D for family reunion in Germany – OK TO BOARD!
- SYR citizen holding Visa Type D for study purpose – OFFLOAD!
- Any Visa (Type C) required citizen as tourist, family visit – OFFLOAD!
- Any Visa (Type C) required citizen claiming to have an essential travel purpose – CONTACT FIRST VISA-PASSPORT TEAM
Greece
- All Non-EU citizens are prohibited to enter the Hellenic Republic.
- This above the rule not apply under these circumstances; Family members of EU citizens, citizens of Schengen member states and their family members, Healthcare professionals and Health researchers designated to support the Hellenic National Healthcare system, third-country citizens who are long-term residents or long-term visa holders of an EU or Schengen member state, third country government members, diplomats, staff of international organizations, military personals and humanitarian aid workers in the exercise of their duties, passengers in transit, aircraft in crew.
Iraq
- Nationals of China, Iran, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Singapore and passengers who have been in that countries are not allowed to enter Iraq.
- Passengers who have been in Iran, Kingdom of Thailand or South Korea in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
Erbil:
- Nationalities and Passengers who have been in the last 30 days in Bahrain, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Kuwait, Italy, South Korea, Japan, Thailand and Singapore are not allowed to enter Erbil. (Except Iraq passports and Diplomatic passports)
- Iranian passport holders are not permitted to enter in EBL at any time, until further notice, even if they have not visited any of the nine countries above.
- Any foreign nationals who have visited Iran since the 1 st of January 2020 cannot be accepted to Erbil.
Israel
- In accordance to the instructions of the Ministry of Health, the entry of Foreign citizens to Israel will be prohibited.
- As of 18 Mar 2020, and until further notice, the entry of Foreign citizens to Israel will be prohibited Except of those who received a special Authorization as detailed below.
- This does not apply for Citizens, Residents, Residents of the Palestinians Authority and their spouse are permitted to enter the country and act in accordance to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
- Diplomats (Who hold a Foreign Affairs ID) and their Families, will be allowed to enter Israel.
Jordan
- Passengers who have been in China, South Korea, Iran, Italy and Egypt in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter or transit. (Except Jordanian citizen, their spouses, their children, Diplomatic passport holders and delegations of China and Italy).
- Effective after 16.03.2020 all passengers transiting through Jordan or arriving to Jordan from Germany, Spain and France are not allowed to enter or transit. (Except Jordanian citizen, Diplomatic passports of Germany, Spain and France)
- Effective after 14.03.2020 all passengers transiting through Jordan or arriving to Jordan from Syria and Lebanon are not allowed to enter or transit. (Except Jordanian citizen, Diplomatic passports of Syria and Lebanon)
- Effective after 14.03.2020 all passengers transiting through Jordan or arriving to Jordan from Iraq are not allowed to enter or transit to Jordan If they are travelling from EBL and BGW.
- Passengers transiting through Jordan or arriving to Jordan from Egypt, are not allowed to enter or transit to Jordan. This does not apply for citizens of Jordan, their spouses and their children.
- All flights suspended to/from Jordan, starting of the 16/03/2020 until 17.04.2020.
Kazakhstan
- Nationals of China wishing to travel with a normal passport to Kazakhstan can stay visa free for a maximum stay of 72 hours until 31 December 2020, if they have connection tickets with Airlines of Kazakhstan departing at Almaty (ALA), Aktau (SCO), Astana (TSE), Karaganda (KGF), Shymkent (CIT) or Taraz (DMB). That rule has been suspended until 01.07.2020.
- National of China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, France, Germany and Spain are not allowed to enter.
- Passengers who have been China, Iran, South Korea, Italy, France, Germany and Spain in the past 14 days not allowed to enter. (Except citizens, residence holders, official government delegations, official and diplomatic passport holders, crews of airlines member and first-class locomotive crew members.
- All national are not allow to enter Kazakhstan except, citizen of Kazakhstan, residence holder Kazakhstan and who have family in Kazakhstan and if have supporting documents. All passengers arriving from Europe will be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine under medical supervision.
- Corona-virus form must be filled up by all passengers.
Kosovo
- Passengers who have been in China in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
- From 16.03.2020 24:00 pm PRN airport only Military flights, emergency flights, medical services (MEDEVAC) will be accepted.
Kuwait
- Non-Kuwait Nationals are not allowed to Kuwait. This does not apply Kuwait citizens, their first-degree relatives and domestic workers accompanying them.
- All flights suspended to/from Kuwait international airport, starting after midnight of the 13th March 2020 until further note.
Kyrgyzstan
- Passengers who are not Kyrgyz citizens are not allowed to enter Kyrgyzstan.
Lebanon
- Nationals and passengers who have been in and any transit & transfers from China, Hong Kong, Macao, Chinese Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Iran and Italy are not allowed to enter to Lebanon. (Except Lebanon citizens and residence holders, Diplomatic Delegations working in Lebanon, Soldiers and Officers working in Lebanon)
- All passengers coming from France, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Germany, Spain and United Kingdom are not allowed to enter Lebanon. (Except Lebanon citizens, family members and residence holders, Diplomatic Delegations working in Lebanon, Soldiers and Officers working in Lebanon)
- Nationals of Syria are not allowed to enter Lebanon. This include transit or transfer from / to Beirut. (Except Lebanon residence holders)
- All flights are suspended to/from Lebanon, starting of the 18.03.2020 untill 29.03.2020.
Macedonia
- All flights are cancelled starting with 17.03.2020 till the second declaration.
- Public Health Passenger Locator Form must be filled up by all passengers.
Serbia
- All nationals are not allowed to enter except citizens of Serbia.
- All transit and transfer passengers to whom the Republic of Serbia is not a final destination and who do not enter the country will be allowed to continue travelling to the final destinations
- All flights are cancelled starting 18.03.2020 till second declaration.
Sweden
- Foreign passengers are not allowed to enter Sweden. This rules not apply for citizens of Sweden, residence holders of Sweden, EU citizens and their family members who live in Sweden. This includes health care professionals, transport workers engaged in the haulage of goods and people travelling for imperative family reasons.
- The entry ban applies to all foreign citizens attempting to enter Sweden from a country outside the EU or from Switzerland.
Norway
- Passengers will be asked to self-quarantine, either at home or at their hotel room. Alternatively, they will be asked to return on the first possible flight back. (This information must be given to the passenger before departure).
- Foreign passengers are not allowed to enter Norway. This rules not apply for citizens of Norway, residence holders of Norway, EU citizens and their family members who live in Norway.
- Directorate of Health Form must be filled up by all passengers.
Russian Federation
- Only Russian citizen allow to enter.
- Russian and foreign nationals arriving from countries infected countries will be required to undergo a 14-day quarantine under medical supervision.

Saudi Arabia
- Only citizens of Saudi Arabia will be accepted our flights from Turkey to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (JED, RUH, DMM, MED). Citizen of other countries holding any kind of Saudi Arabia visa (Umrah, Tourist, Business, Visit etc.) or even a residence permit of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to travel to Saudi Arabia.

Switzerland
- From 19.03.2020 passengers who coming from Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Spain an all countries outside the EU/EFTA are not allow to enter.
- Except Switzerland citizens, Switzerland residence holders, a cross-border commuter permit, a visa issued by Switzerland for the purpose of «business meetings» as specialists in the field of health or «official visit» of great importance, or who have an assurance of a residence permit,
- Persons who are entitled to freedom of movement and have a professional reason for entering Switzerland and have a confirmation of registration,
- Persons who enter Switzerland merely for the purpose of transit with the intention and possibility of travelling on directly to another country,
- Persons who are of great importance as specialists in the health sector.
Turkey
- All Italy, Iran and Iraq flights cancelled until 01/04/2020.

Passengers travelling to Turkey till 15 March 23.59 (Local Time) can enter Turkey with the below conditions;

- Turkish Work Permit holder with other nationalities
(one entry and one exit limitation) will be accepted to our flights.
Transfer passenger are included with this above limitation. Passengers who will use transit Turkey, must are included with this above limitation.
